Pre & Fine Filters

Pre Filter (EU-3 / EU-4)

  • Rating: 10 to 20 micron particle retention.
  • Application: Primary filtration at Fresh Air Intake.
  • Media: Washable Synthetic non-woven media.

Fine Filter (EU-5 / EU-7)

  • Rating: 3 to 5 micron particle retention.
  • Application: Intermediate filtration stage in AHUs.

HEPA Filters (High Efficiency Particulate Air)

The standard for clean room air purity, removing 99.97% to 99.997% of airborne particles.

  • Efficiency: H13 (99.97%) and H14 (99.997%) down to 0.3 micron.
  • Construction: Anodized Aluminum, GI, or SS Frames.
  • Types:
    • Deep Pleat: High dust holding capacity.
    • Mini Pleat: Compact, high surface area.
  • Sealing: Gasket Seal or Fluid Gel Seal technology for zero leakage.
  • Testing: Individually factory tested (DOP/PAO scan).

High Temperature Filters

Specialized filters designed to withstand extreme heat in sterilization processes.

  • Temp Resistance: Up to 250°C (Standard) or 350°C (High Temp).
  • Media: Glass fiber paper with ceramic sealant.
  • Application: Depyrogenation Tunnels, Sterilizing Ovens.
