Modular Wall Panels

Our clean room wall panels are designed to provide a flush, seamless surface that prevents particle accumulation.

  • Thickness: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm.
  • In-Fill Options:
    • PUF (Polyurethane Foam): High thermal insulation.
    • Rock Wool: Fire retardant and sound insulation.
    • Paper Honeycomb: Lightweight and rigid.
  • Surface Finish: PCGI (Powder Coated GI), PPGI, Stainless Steel (SS-304), or HPL.
  • Features: Resistant to abrasion, chemicals, and fumigation. Leak-proof interconnecting profiles.

Modular Ceiling Panels

Self-suspended ceiling systems that integrate seamlessly with lighting and HVAC terminals.

  • Walkable Ceiling: Load bearing capacity up to 150 kg/m², allowing maintenance access from above.
  • Non-Walkable Ceiling: Cost-effective solution for standard clean rooms.
  • Suspension: Rigid system using threaded rods and turnbuckles for precise leveling.
  • Integration: Cutouts factory-made for HEPA filters and Light fixtures.

  • Scientific Doors: Single or Double leaf, completely flush with wall panels.
  • Sliding Doors: Automatic or Manual, ideal for space-saving.
  • Emergency / Fire Rated Doors: Equipped with panic bars (120 min fire rating option).

  • Construction: Double-glazed 5mm + 5mm toughened glass.
  • Flush Design: Installed completely flush with the wall panel on both sides.

  • Appearance: Black or White border masking for a premium look.

Accessories

Corner Coving

  • Aluminum or SS coving used at wall-to-wall, wall-to-ceiling, and wall-to-floor junctions.
  • Eliminates 90-degree corners to prevent dust accumulation and ease cleaning.

Return Air Raiser

  • Concealed return air ducts integrated into the wall panels.
  • Includes bottom grille and space for pre-filters.
