Puff
Insulated Partition
PUF (Polyurethane Foam)
partition panels are sandwich panels used for insulated walls and ceilings, typically
featuring a core density of and thicknesses ranging below mentioned. Clean Room Systems
from AVIVA can be applied to any clean room facility or manufacturing setup requiring
controlled environment. These systems can be integrated with new as well as existing
systems. Modular & simplified construction methods are used for reducing overall
construction time and cost. Features. Connection between partition and existing fabric
will utilise our pre-formed closing channel and special detail can be produced where
required, again with various coving options available to meet specification. Integration
between partition head and ceiling is achieved by utilization of standard top channel
together with various coving option, if required. The partition walls can be designed to
facilitate and incorporate the various design principles, utilised in laminar and non-
laminar airflow cleanrooms.

PIR
Insulated Partition
AVIVA Fire-Rated PIR Wall
Panels are engineered for high fire resistance and thermal insulation. The advanced PIR
foam core ensures superior flame retardancy, providing long-lasting protection. PIR is
generally preferred over standard PUR (Polyurethane) for its superior fire resistance
and thermal stability
Technical Data

- Panel Thickness: 80 mm / 100 mm / 125 mm / 150 mm / 200 mm
- Thermal Conductivity: 0.021 – 0.023 W/mk
- Operating Temperature: - 40 °C to + 120 °C
- Compressive Strength: 150 – 200 kPa
- Fire Rating: PIR – B1 / B2 Class fire resistant
- Water Absorption: ≤ 0.2 %
Rockwool Insulated Partition
A Rockwool insulated
partition is commonly used for fire-rated internal walls in factories, and clean rooms.
Rockwool partition systems use stone wool insulation within drywall or metal stud frames
to provide superior fire resistance (up to 3-4 hours), high-performance acoustic
soundproofing, and thermal insulation
Key
Features and Benefits
- Fire Resilience: Non-combustible, Euroclass A1 rated, and resistant
to temperatures over. Inherently non-combustible, Rock Wool provides outstanding
fire resistance, making it a safe choice for industrial applications.
- Durability: Water-repellent, dimensionally stable, and chemically
inert (will not promote corrosion)
- Superior Thermal Insulation: Rock Wool Panels offer excellent
thermal insulation properties, helping to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures
and reduce energy consumption
- Moisture Resistance: Rock Wool is resistant to moisture, preventing
water ingress and maintaining insulation performance over time.
- Easy Installation: Rock Wool Panels are easy to handle and install,
saving time and labour costs during construction.
Technical Data
- Standard Width- Wall: 1205 mm (Customized in width)
- Wall height: ≤ 6.000 meter (max.) – Customized also
- Core thickness (mm): 80 mm / 100 mm / 125 mm / 150 mm / 200 mm
- Density: 100±2 Kg/m³
- Jointing Module: GI Powder Coated or Aluminium Anodized Section
- Accessories: "M" Bottom Track, "C" Channel, "L" Angle, Screw,
Anchor fastener, 3m Double game tape, Embrow tape, etc....
- Moisture Absorption: Less than 1% by volume
- Non-combustibility: A1 rating, meaning non-combustible
HPL
Partition (High Pressure Laminate)
The HPL partition wall is
a structure with a thickness of 50/60/80/100 & 150 mm, Each panel made by AVIVA is
completely sealed on all 4 sides, using extruded aluminium profiles, designed to create
the structure and complete closure of the internal insulation. HPL panels are supplied
different types of insulation: rock wool (RW), polyurethane foam (PUF), polyurethane
(PIR). In all cases, the densities of such insulations are extremely high, to guarantee
superior mechanical stability of the wall itself
